I have used KimsKars for the last few months having been unlucky to have tried other local firms first. If you want to have more than just a boring journey to an airport, KimsKars is the firm for you. A trip with Kim is an adventure as she skilfully navigates her way around all the traffic jams getting you to or from the airport as quickly as is womanly possible. At the same time she keeps you entertained with her views on life and the skill (or not) of fellow drivers. Seriously though, I have been highly impressed by Kim and her colleagues who literally and metaphorically go the extra mile and are totally reliable, making business travel a pleasure instead of a chore. I leave worrying about the M25 to Kim, I sit back and enjoy routes I didn't know existed and arrive at the airport relaxed and on time. Iona.

I’ve been using Kims Kars since I moved to the area 2 years ago as I know they are a company I can rely on. The majority of my needs are airport and train station drops, so it’s imperative I use a firm I know I can trust. All the drivers are friendly and the cars are always high spec. The level of service you receive is impeccable – for example on a number of occasions, I have my return flights cancelled and have been notified of this by my driver in sufficient time for me to be able to make alternative plans to get home. This by far exceeds expectations of what you would usually hope to receive from your taxi firm! Anna Hill

I’ve been using Kims Kars for the last 8 years, primarily for airport runs, and in that time they have never let me down, even though my demands on them are sometimes made at short notice. I have used Kims-Kars for several years now on a very regular basis for local trips and, less often, for airports and railway stations. It is marvellous to find a family firm with this high-level of commitment to client service. They are quite exceptional - not only are they efficient and reliable they are always prepared to go the 'extra mile' to help out in a really concerned way. I happen to know that in the case of some elderly or unwell clients they have provided a service of 'care' well beyond the call of duty.

Believe me, you have to have nerves of steel to travel with this firm, particularly Kim since she gave up smoking and the nicotine-withdrawal kicks in - you need to watch what you say when the 'red-mist' descends, mark my words! And the Rottweiler in the back seat takes a bit of getting used to. Kims-Kars is not an experience for the faint-hearted - but, Good Luck, don't say you weren't warned!!

We have used Kims Kars regularly over the last 6-7 years for numerous airport tips, for transporting elderly frail parents and even for our wedding cars. They have been brilliant every time.
We have always been delighted with the friendly, professional service provided by Kim and all members of the team right from the moment that we call to make a booking.
Kims Kars are 100% reliable, courteous and punctual. The vehicles are always pristine and every effort is made to make your journey trouble free.
It is certainly nice to know that, when you return tired and jetlagged from a long flight that, you can rely on a friendly face to meet you, right by the door, to take you home, no matter what your arrival time.

I have been a customer of Kim’s Kars for about 6 years, having initially bid for an “airport taxi” in a local charity auction. Since then I have been a very regular customer as I have sought to get primarily to the south of England’s airports for the flights that my job seems to require. In every instance the service has been punctual, reliable and very friendly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Kim and the family seem to be able to deal with flight delays, redirections to other airports and me leaving my passport at home with the greatest of ease. Thank you. Iain.

A friend recommended Kim’s Kars taxi service to me initially. He praised them highly and said that once I used them, I would never consider using anybody else’s services which is exactly what has happened. This was 5 years ago and over that time period, I have been working regularly overseas. Their airport service is outstanding. When I return from a trip, rather exhausted and a little disorientated, a friendly face is there to greet me. They find out exactly when the plane is going to land and are there to meet me, Just a 100 yards out of the door and I can relax.
They are a family firm who are committed to delivering a high quality service. If, however they have a capacity issue, they will arrange for a driver from another company for me. This has only happened once and the driver was also very good.
Their prices are very reasonable and they are always punctual.
I highly recommend them.

I have been using Kims Kars for over 5 years since I moved to Berkhamsted. Iuse them several times a month, mostly to travel to Heathrow, Stansted,Luton and Gatwick airports. What can we say about Kim?
Always cheerful, always on time, very reliable and extremely helpful. First choice if you need reliable transport. Also acts as carer when taking passengers to hospital when no-one else is available.
